PREP* is a research-based approach teaching couples how to communicate effectively, manage conflicts without damaging closeness, and how to preserve and enhance commitment, friendship and intimacy. Using DVD’s, role playing, instruction, and group discussion, you will learn how to say what you need to say, get to the heart of your problems, and increase your connection with each other. All in a fun, interactive workshop designed just for you!

Classes are fun, easy, and a great way to connect with each other!
